Validity
This voucher entitles you to one free transfer from the following list of services:-

Tape Transfers VHS, Betamax, VHS-C, S-VHS, Video 8, Hi-8, Digital 8, MiniDV and MicroDV – up to 2hrs in duration.
Cine Film Transfers 8mm, Super 8mm, 9.5mm, 16mm – up to 50ft in film lenth.
Audio Cassette Transfers – 1 cassette, both sides.
Audio Reel Transfers – 1hr.
Optical Disc Transfers (CD, DVD, Mini DVD, Blu Ray and HD-DVD – 1 Disc. No limit on capacity.
Image Scanning – Slides, Negatives & Photos – 30 Images in any mixture of formats
Memory Card Transfers (SD Cards, CompactFlash, SmartMedia, Memory Stick Duo, PC Card, MMCMicro) – 1 Card. No limit on capacity.
Magnetic Media Transfers (Floppy Disks, Zip Disks, LS-120 Disks) – 1 Disk. No limit on capacity.

Output Format
Your transfer will be provided as a digital download link. The link is valid for 3 months. Once downloaded your file(s) have no expiry or time limitations on them.

Steven converted two cassettes - live opera and concert performances from 1991 - over to digital for me, providing both WAV and MP3 files as requested. He was fantastic from the start, working on the tapes quickly and professionally to provide what I needed. I realised my own audio software couldn't split up the files so I had to get back to him to do an extra editing job for me, which, again, he did expertly and super-fast. I'm overjoyed to have found Steven and the service he provides, and will be inundating him in the months to come with cassettes and a some old vinyl recordings too to convert to digital for us. Can't recommend highly enough.

After Steven successfully recovered recordings from a 60+ year old audio tape, I enquired about his other services. That led to Steven supplying a refurbished laptop, which massively exceeded my expectations. The machine looks and performs like a new laptop. My sister who lives in New Zealand asked if I could get our old family cine films put on Digital media so she could see them and I came across Sinstoun. Steven was very prompt with his replies and was able to to reproduce our 60+ year old films. My sister was delighted with the result and so am I. Steven was brilliant from start to finish..He converted a couple of USA videos into CDs for me and also updated my old laptop which hadn't worked in a few years..It has a new lease of life and my dad's going to be thrilled with the CD of the American football game he was at way back in 94.. Having had a very poor experience with a previous company and being left financially out-of-pocket, I was a little apprehensive in trusting another company. I needn't have worried though because Steven's professionalism helped allay any fears I may have had. He was both helpful and accommodating from start to finish, and the quickness and level of service in digitally transferring my old cine reels surpassed all of my expectations. An incredibly efficient 5-star service on all levels.

Steven converted a 1990’s collection of VHS tapes to USB and the cloud for me. The tapes were collected from my home and returned to me upon completion. Excellent communication throughout. It’s great to have easy access to such precious family memories.
